This is

Our Process.

We take pride in our structured architectural process, which adheres to the six standard work stages for every project.

This systematized approach not only sets the foundation for our work, but also fosters a clear roadmap from conception to completion.

  • The initial design is developed based on the brief’s requirements, budget, and site constraints. We test the proposed solutions for feasibility, compliance with regulations, and desired functionality.
  • The initial design is facilitated in response to the brief's requirements, budget, and site constraints. We also assess the feasibility of proposed solutions to ensure compliance with regulations and desired functionality.
  • The approved concept is refined into coordinated architectural and technical designs that balance creativity and functionality, integrating insights from various disciplines and consultants to ensure alignment with project complexities.
  • We create precise drawings, specifications, and tender documentation for construction. Contractor bids are collected and assessed to select the best fit, followed by finalizing appointments with the chosen contractors for a seamless transition to the next phase.
  • During construction, the building contract is carefully managed to ensure systematic oversight. On-site progress is closely monitored to align with project goals, focusing on quality, cost, schedule, and compliance with the original design.
  • This process helps identify deviations early, keeping the project on track and meeting expected standards.
  • After inspection, any defects are quickly resolved to ensure standards are met. All relevant certificates, manuals, and as-built information are compiled and delivered to the client.
  • This stage includes monitoring defects that may arise during or after occupancy. Contractors and subcontractors must address any issues before final claims and retention funds are released, ensuring client protection.
  • We assess the building's performance and energy efficiency, gather client feedback for improvements, and provide support for maintenance schedules, asset management, refurbishment planning, and space management.
